All Credit card transactions are handled on Secure Payment Servers by our payment partner Mollie ®.

Privacy Statement

1. Your personal information will never be shared with outside parties except for the company that processes your information when handling your payment transaction.
Mollie is our payment partner who collects this information. Mollie’s payment systems achieves optimum levels of security and state of the art encryption techniques so your privacy will be guaranteed.

2. As soon as the order is confirmed we will send you an invoice with our bank details. Small orders under $1000 can be paid through Mollie. Due to the high exchange rate Paypal charges, we prefer paiments being done straight to our us$ accounts at ING or Rabobank or RBC at Kralendijk.

3. 50% of the order has to be prepaid at the moment the order has been confirmed by us. Rest when goods are ready to be picked up from Aalsmeer or against bill of lading.

4. As soon as we have received your order we will start shipping it or start production, depending on the ordered quantities.  If order is big enough for a container, we will ship straight from the country of production to the client. We can  always ship from country of production as we have a 30 years partnership with our producers in Brazil and China, but for small quantities it will be too expensive. Eventually paiments can be done straight to our partners.

5. Marañon Hammocks accepts no responsibility for damages to goods, direct or indirect of any kind, which can occur during shipping and/or transport.

6. If you receive damaged goods please contact us immediately by phone and e-mail us a photo of the package and the goods. You will get the product returned with exception of any items, which are currently not in stock.

7. Products which are not in stock, can be put on “Backorder” and will be sent to you as soon as possible when they’re back in stock. Please contact us for more information if you want an item that is not in stock at the moment.

8. The policies, regulations, procedures, and fees in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice.
